Data Cleaning *

data records of current and prospective customers are critical information in
any business. Unfortunately, they are corporate assets which depreciate very quickly.
Structured data cleaning will keep your company records relevant and up-to-date,
helping you fulfil your new business potential. How
it works: You
send us lists exported from your contact databases (CRM
systems such as ACT,
Outlook
etc.) and business cards if appropriate.
We consolidate
the data and identify / remove any duplicate company records and duplicate individual
records.
We
make up to 5 attempts to call the companies on the de-duplicated list, on behalf
of your company. We research any unobtainable telephone numbers using the latest
BT
directory CD.
During
the call we confirm or update the company trading title and address. We also confirm
or update the individual identified in your contact list with name, position and,
where possible, their e-mail address (including their opt-in to receive e-marketing
from you). We normally achieve 70% to 80%
of e-mail addresses.
We validate e-mail
addresses by sending out a simple "thank you for your information" e-mail, and
re-call and amend any that are returned undeliverable.
We
download the completed list to you in a suitable format for exporting into your
contact system.
